Apps and Character Info
| Apps are semi-open and currently screened! (With an opt in for being visible.) You can post apps or make reserve at any time, and they will be processed on February 28th. Please be sure to revisit the Rules and Anima pages, and Magic to be sure you understand everything. The Navigation Page is also recommended! Then fill out your app, post it in your character's journal, and post a link to it here! The purpose of the apps here is to make sure info is available to all players, including people who may be canon-blind to the character, plus Anima creature info. What we’re looking for is easily accessible information on the following: Player Name: Whatever name you’d like to be called by. Player Contact: A way to contact you if needed; it can be skype, AIM, plurk, email, discord, etc. Character Name: Name of your character, and any aliases they may have. Species: Human, giant robot, talking fox, etc, please list it here. Canon: What series they are from; note that if they come from an expansive series, (such as Mega Man, Pokémon, etc) please list the specific installment. Canon Point: Where in the timeline your character is from. History: We’re looking for a bullet point list of significant events in the character’s life, up to their current canon point. You may link to outside sources such as wikis or videos AS A SUPPLEMENT, but the majority of info must be typed by you. Please try to keep this section short and concise! Personality: To start out with, please list out the traits (around 2-3) that define your character, and how these traits motivate them and form their psychology. Remember that characters have dimensions to how they act. Covering strengths and weaknesses in how they act is a plus as well. Another final aspect to consider is how the characters act on the world, and how they react to problems, surprises, etc. You can write as much or little as you prefer past this, and go in list form or paragraphs. Abilities, Powers, Afflictions: This may include skills, magic or above normal abilities. If your character has any limitations please list them here. Again, external links may be added in, but we want your words in this section too. Path Preference: There are five paths available in Avalice to safeguard Haven, and give characters a chance to gain new missions and tasks. Please list two choices, and why they are a good fit for your character or may provide RP hooks for plots. Element Preference: There are eight elements that magic manifests itself through; Fire, Light, Shadow, Energy, Wind, Water, Ice, and Earth. One of these will become the primary element your character uses. (The ninth element, Arcane, is a magic type that governs over the rest and ties them together. It can’t be chosen as a primary type, but everyone can earn magic from it.) Please list three choices for primary element here, and why you feel they are a good match for the character; it may be symbolism, a representation of personality, etc. Anima Creature Description: Due to the importance of the Anima creatures to the game, it’s important to convey the details so everyone is on the same page. For this section, please include: Animal type and appearance; draconic, canine, avian, feline, equine, (or even insectoid!) or a combination. General appearance, size when full grown, number of limbs (including wings, if any), if tle Anima can be ridden or not, fly or not, diet, and appearance of the Anima’s egg. Anima Traits: These refer to personality traits the Anima shares with your character. These can range from 2-5 traits, as you see fit. RP Sample: Can be written for the game specifically, or linked to an outside thread. It's important to note that your sample does not need to be written specifically for this game, as long as it gives an idea of character voice and RP style. App Visible or Screened? (Added on January 3rd after player input) This is a small either-or question; would you like your app to be visible on the apps page for other people to see/get ideas from? Or would you prefer it to be screened and only visible to you and the mods? Please list your preference; we’ll respect the choice either way! NOTE: Players coming in from Dragon Called can reuse their apps via posting a link, and post their Path preferences beneath that. |

First, for consistent formatting across apps, the background should be listed in bullet points. This can be done the following way:
Second, looking into the series canon, it looks like the morphers for Mystic Force are items that cast spells, but aren’t necessarily bonded to the characters or summonable, if the wiki is being read correctly? The item would need to be left behind and as such would lock off the powers, but could be purchased as a regain with SP later down the line. (This said, it would be good if the transformation mode could be limited to about the same size as a large Anima, i.e. a small house)
Also there are a few typos and odd words in the backstory, if you have time to give it a quick proof read.
